Bio

An omnipotent being who travels about, yet spends most of his time around Star Fleet personnel, such as Picard or Data. Here, he has found refuge from his boredome among the U.S.S. Enterprise, among other vessels as well. Most see him as a pest, but few do see him as what one might call a friend.
